2026 St Barths Bucket Entry Application

Please refer to the St Barths Bucket Notice and Conditions of Race for eligibility requirements and other pertinent information pertaining to this event. Please complete this application, sign and submit it, prior to the 15 December 2025 deadline.

For the optional standalone race on Thursday 12 March:

All dockage requests and inquiries should be directed to the event organizer. The Port Authority has full discretion on the number and location of yachts to be alongside. The event organizer works closely with the Port Authority on the dockage arrangements and will communicate assignments to the yachts prior to 1 March, 2026.

SuperYacht Racing Association (SYRA) Members fee: €12.500,00

Non-SYRA Members fee: €13.600,00

• Late Fee is on payments made after 1 January 2026
• Information on the SYRA and membership is available at www.superyra.org
• 500€ from each entry fee and all ‘late fees’ will be donated to a designated St Barths charity.

Payment is due 1 January 2026 and can be made via Wire Transfer, Check or Credit Card.

Refund Policy (See NOR 16) The organizer will refund 100% of the entry fee for any cancellation received on or before 15 February 2026. After that date, there will be no refunds, unless the event is cancelled due to government mandate or event organizer discretion. In that case the entry fee will be fully refunded. The organizer will give consideration to extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Confirmation of Entry: In order to confirm your entry, the completed entry application must be received no later than 15 December 2025. You will receive entry confirmation and payment instructions upon receipt.

The ORCsy Handicap Application must be completed and submitted to the ORC no later than 15 January 2026 (NOR Part 2, Section 15.8.1).
